The following shall be and are hereby declared to be the fire limits of the city:

Block 31 - Lots 1 through 3;

Block 30 - Lots 1 through 12;

Block 29 - Lots 1 through 12;

Block 28 - Lots 1 through 12;

Block 27 - Lots 1 through 12;

Block 26, Lots 1 through 12;

Block 25 - Lots 1 through 12;

Block 21 - Lots 12 through 24;

Block 20 – All of Block;

Block 19 - Lots 1 and 2, 13 through 24;

Block 18 - All of Block;

Block 17 - Lots 1 through 10;

Block 14 - Lots 7, 8, 9 and 10.

All in the original town, now city, of St. Francis, Kansas, according to the recorded plat thereof.
